摘要
以锦屏二级水电站引水隧洞工程为依托,对高地应力大断面软岩隧道的开挖技术进行探讨,认为开挖方法的选择、掌子面预支护的布置、弱爆破参数控制、相关监测技术的应用这4个方面是软岩隧道开挖必须重视的地方。锦屏引水隧洞软岩段的开挖,证明了在采用合理的掌子面预支护措施后,可以实现大断面(112 m2)开挖,其开挖进度比分块施工快,且施工组织方便灵活、成本也相对较低。
Excavation technologies of tunnel with high ground stress and large cross-section in soft rock are discussed in this paper, based on the diversion tunnel of Jinping- II hydroelectric station. The author thinks that when excavating the tunnel in soft rock, the four aspects must be paid attention to, including excavating methods, pre-supporting of working face, parameter control of weak blasting, and the utilization of relevant monitoring technology. The excavation at soft rock area of the diversion tunnel of Jinping-11 hydroelectric station has proved that: after using reasonable working face pre-supporting measures, the excavation of large cross-section (112 m2) can be achieved, with the faster excavation process than that of the piecewise excavation method and with the more convenient and more flexible construction organization, at a relatively low cost.
