摘要
论文调研了21世纪初期美国高校图书馆的人事制度和薪酬体制,并以哈佛大学图书馆的岗位设置和薪酬体系为例作了具体展示,最后提出其对我国高校图书馆发展的几点启示意义。
This paper investigates the personnel system and stipend of the American university libraries in the early 21st century taking the position setting and stipend system of Harvard university library as an example. In the end, it puts forward some enlightenments on the development of university libraries in China.
