救助治疗的精神病患者103例现状分析

Situation analysis of assistance treatment psychotic patient in 103 presents

目的:分析我院收治住院患者中救助治疗的精神疾病患者现状。方法:采用自制的调查表,对近2年多来由患者所在地公安、民政等部门给予救助,在我院住院治疗的103例精神病患者进行调查分析。结果:这类患者男性居多,文化程度低,肇事肇祸率高,多为精神分裂症患者,相当一部分合并有躯体疾病,治疗难度大,护理风险高,出院回归难,住院费用催收也存在一些问题。结论:救助治疗的精神病患者在住院治疗、护理方面存在一定的难度,救助政策不够完善,监护责任不明确,增加了医院风险和社会负担。

Objective：To analyze the present situation of assistance treatment on inpatients with mental disorders. Methods： Select 103 psychotic patients from 2010 to 2012 were investigated by self - schedule, and they were rescued by local police station and civil administration department. Results： The investigation indicated that the most of them were male, had a low education and a high rate of making trouble, and the most of them were schizophrenia, and quite a part of which complicated with physical disease, and was difficult to be cured, had a high risk of nursing, they discharged from hospital and returning to life were difficult, a work of urgent re- call hospitalization expenses were not easy. Conclusions： There were difficulties both in treatment and nursing on assistance treatment patients with mental disorders, due to the social assistance system were not perfect enough and monitoring responsibility indeterminacy, so that increasing the hospital risk and the social burden.
