抗精神病药物所致闭经中西医结合治疗观察

Observation of antipsychotic drug-induced amenorrhoea treated by combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine

目的:探究中西医结合治疗因抗精神病类药物导致的闭经的临床疗效。方法:截取我院2009年3月～2011年12月共100例患者,按随机数字表分为人工月经周期组(单用组)及中药方剂加减联合人工周期组(联合组),对比两组患者间临床资料差异性。结果:近期中联合组较单用组良好、一般分别高22%、2%,不合格低22%,远期中联合组较单用组良好、一般分别高27%、2%,不合格低29%,联合组较单用组PRL情况恢复较好,且随时间推移效果明显,以上数据行统计分析差异均有意义,P均小于0.05,但两组间在不良反应监测方面差异无统计学意义。结论:对患者行两种闭经治疗中、西医方法的联合应用存在近期、远期满意度高,激素水平分娩符合生理水平,无增加不良反应的效果。

Conclusions ： on two kinds of amenorrhea and Western medicine in the treatment of patients combined with short term, long term satisfaction of high hormone delivery meet the physiological level, no increase in adverse effects.
