县域产业结构与经济增长关系的实证分析

Empirical Analysis of Relationship between Counties’ Industrial Structure and Economic Growth

以资源型城市濮阳县为例,利用1990—2011年统计数据研究县域产业结构与经济增长的因果关系,测算了各产业对经济增长的贡献。研究表明,濮阳县产业结构调整和经济增长之间存在因果关系,与第一、三产业产出对经济增长的作用比较,第二产业的产出对经济增长的贡献最大,但单位产出效率低,认为提高第二产业产出效率,扩大第三产业在地区总产出中的比重能引导县域经济的良性增长。

Using the 1990-2011 statistics, this paper studied the causality relationship between county industrial structure and economic growth, and estimated the contributions to economic growth of three industries. This study showed that there really existed causality between the Puyang indus-trial structure and economic growth, the change of industrial structure could promote the economic growth, economic growth could change ~the primary industry. The study also showed that the secondary industrial contributes was the largest compared with the others, but its unit of output was not effi-ciency. This paper analyzed that improved the efficiency of the second industrial output and increased the proportion of tertiary industry could be lead the county＇s economv to a＇row well.
