云克(^(99)Tc-MDP)治疗类风湿关节炎的疗效分析

目的 应用99Tc -MDP治疗类风湿性关节炎 ,探讨其临床应用方式及疗效 .方法 应用该药的两种制剂对临床确诊的类风湿关节炎 137例进行治疗 ,根据不同剂型分为单纯静脉推注法 ;单纯静脉滴注法和混合注射法 3种 ;并以病变关节功能受累情况及临床表现分为重、中、轻 3类 ,分别评价其治疗效果 .结果 137例类风湿关节炎患者中显效 34例 (2 4.8% ) ;有效 82例 (5 9.8% ) ;无效 2 1例 (15 % ) ;总有效率 84.7% .静脉滴注法早期疗效反应及效果明显早于推注法 .静脉推注法治疗效果的反应在 1～ 2个疗程以后 .结论 云克使用简便、安全、疗效满意、副作用少 ,值得临床推广应用 ;对不同病情患者 。

Objective To evaluate the clinical effect and method on treatment of the rheumatoid arthritis (RA) with 99 Tc-MDP Methods 137 patients with RA have been treated using 99 Tc-MDP of two preparations. Three administrations were used They were simple intravenous injection, simple infusion by intravenous drip and mixed injection. According to extend of the involved joint's function and manifestation, the patients were classified into three groups: severe, moderate and mild. The efficacy of treatment was valued respectively.Results In 137 RA patients there were 82 with effectiveness (59.8%), 34 with little effectiveness (224.8%) and 21 with inefficacy(15%).The total effective rate was 84.7%.Early effective response to the therapy was earlier in infusion by intravenous drip than intravenous injection. The curative effect of intravenous injection appeared after 1～2 courses of treatment.Conclusions 99 Tc-MDP is a convenient, safe , effective and little adverse drug, and worthy to apply in clinic. Different preparation selected and administration modus in different state of RA are benefit to improve curative effect.
