腹腔镜胆囊切除术可吸收夹的临床应用研究

Clinical Investigation of Absorbable Clips in Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy

目的评价可吸收夹在腹腔镜胆囊切除术中应用情况 .方法随机选择 2 16例腹腔镜胆囊切除术手术病人 ,将其分为两组 ,一组为钛夹组 ,另一组为可吸收夹组 ,用此来封合胆囊管和胆囊动脉 ,并且术后随访 3个月 .结果腹腔镜胆囊切除术使用可吸收夹与使用钛夹在手术时间、住院天数、术后并发症、术中出血量方面无统计学差异 .结论可吸收夹在封合管腔的可靠性与安全性方面与钛夹相比有同样效果 。

Objective A prospective randomized controlled study was conducted to evaluate the use of absorbable clips in elective laparoscopic cholecystectomy. Methods Two hundred sixteen consecutive patients were randomized into two groups. Group 1 patients had metal clips, and Group 2 patients had absorbable clips applied to the cystic duct and cystic artery. These patients were followed for 3 months postoperatively.Results There was no difference between the two groups with regard to operative time, hospital stay, postoperative complications and intraoperative blood loss.Conclusions The absorbable clips were as effective as the metal clips in providing hemostasis and securing on the cystic duct stump.We strongly recommend the use of absorbable clips.
