肛柱缝扎加外剥内扎术治疗混合痔临床观察

Clinical observation of treatment with Anal column joint firm with external strip and internal operation in Patients for mixed hemorrhoids

目的探讨肛柱缝扎加痔核外剥内扎术治疗混合痔的临床应用效果。方法 80例混合痔患者随机分两组,治疗组40例,采用肛柱缝扎加外剥内扎术;对照组40例,采用外剥内扎术,对两组愈合时间、住院天数及并发症进行对比分析。结果治疗组与对照组在切口愈合、住院时间、并发症发生等方面差异有统计学意义,治疗组优于对照组。结论肛柱缝扎加痔核外剥内扎术,安全可靠,操作简便,能有效缩短住院时间,降低并发症发生。

Objective To evaluate the effect of anal column joint firm and External strip and internal operation in patients clinical treatment for Mixed hemorrhoids. Methods Eighty patients with Mixed hemorrhoids were divided randomly into the treatment group （40 cases） and the control group （40 cases）. The treatment group was treated by anal column joint firm and External strip and internal operation, and the control group was treated by normal External strip and internal operation. Results There were higher cure rate,lower complications, shorter wound healing time and hospital stay in treatment group compared with the control group.Conclusion Anal column joint firm and External strip and internal operation is a lower complications,shorter wound healing time,simple, safe and effective method for Mixed hemorrhoids.
