括约肌间瘘管结扎术治疗肛瘘的研究进展 被引量：13

摘要 肛瘘是肛肠科常见难治性疾病之一,约占肛门直肠疾病的1.67%～3.6%,国外为8%～25%[1],由于局部肿痛流脓反复发作而严重影响了患者的生活质量。肛瘘的主要病因是细菌感染,细菌以大肠杆菌为主,主要侵犯肛隐窝及肛门腺体,致使腺体感染化脓,后自行溃破或经脓肿切开引流术后形成感染性瘘管,这种感染性瘘管因感染源的持续存在一般很难自行愈合。而目前国内外药物治疗尚无法取得良好的疗效,手术仍为治愈肛瘘的最有效的方法之一[2]。治疗肛瘘传统的手术方式有很多,如：经典的肛瘘切除术、
