摘要
随着网络技术的发展与普及,在慈善行业衍生出一种新型的网络捐助形式。网络捐助具有门槛低、传播快、互动强、匿名性、集群性等特点,然而网络捐助也引发关于隐私保护、个人判断丧失、捐助的道德行为向无意识不道德行为转换等问题的思考。对于这些问题,不仅应该在完善慈善法规、建立网络慈善基金会、加强慈善捐助网站审核、设立网络慈善监管部门等刚性方面加强,而且也需要从网络伦理自律等柔性方面来约束。
Along with the development and popularization of network technology,in the charity industry,it developed a new network donation form.This form of donation has characteristics like access easily,spread quickly,strong interaction,anonymity,appealing to group and so on.However,the network form of donation al so caused thoughts about problems like the protection of privacy,the loss of personal judgments,and the con version of the behavior’s characteristics——from a conscious moral behavior to an unconscious and unethi cal one.To deal with these problems,not only should the charity law be perfected,a network of charitable foundation be established,the verify of charitable donation website be strengthened,and the department of net work supervision be set up,but we also need the network Ethics and Self-discipline to manage people’s be havior on line.
