贵州“新生代”农民工的收入分布与生活水平分析——基于“贵州‘新生代’农民工生存与发展状况”调查数据的考察

调查发现,贵州"新生代"农民工呈现出外出务工时间较长、"寻求发展与兼顾生存"并重、务工困境在于缺乏知识与技能、务工渠道仍依赖于血缘地缘关系;从收入分布看,主要集中在"中低水平"工资收入上,并呈现出行业性、地区性、贫富化等本土特征;从生活水平看,呈现出消费水平走低、居住条件较差、文娱消费极其有限等特点;由此提出切实调整和改善我省"新生代"农民工工资待遇问题的思路。

The investigation shows that the new generation farmer in Guizhou has a long time to go out for work,laying equal attention to seeking development and survival.The work predicament of them is the absence of knowledge and skill,and the work channel depends on strain and geographical relationship.From income distribution,it is mainly concentrated in the ＂low＂ on the wage income,with native features such as professional,regional,rich or poor.From living standard,it shows lower levels of consumption,poor housing conditions,extremely limited recreational consumption.We practically propose the ideas for effective adjustments and improvements to new generation farmer wage treatment.
