精神疾病学生标准化病人的培训与思考

Training and thoughts of student standardized patients for mental disorder

标准化病人已经被广泛运用到临床教学中。目前，我国精神疾病标准化病人的培训和应用相对滞后。相对于其他学科标准化病人的培训，精神疾病标准化病人的培训有其自身特点，在培训过程中，必须更加注重表演技能的训练和疾病一致性的把握，必须更加重视临床观摩并注意防止“职业病”。本文结合武汉大学人民医院的实践，具体探讨了精神疾病标准化病人的培训方法和注意事项。

Standardized patient have been widely applied in clinical teaching. While at present in China, the training and application of standardized patients of mental disorders is relatively backward, still at the initial stage. The training of standardized patients of mental disorders has its own unique characteristics while compared with other subjects. We must focus on the training of performance skills and consistency. As a meantime, we must pay more attention to clinical observation and prevention of occupational disease.
