摘要
组织文化对一个组织起着导向、约束、凝聚、辐射以及激励作用。本文通过分析比较中美两国护理学专业认证组织在网站建设、行为规范、认证标准、认证程序、组织宗旨、实施方式等方面的异同,指出中国护理学专业认证组织需要建设良好的组织文化,体现其专业性和权威性,加强监督,把握好质性和量性指标,重视评估对高校的促进作用,明确组织目标,弘扬职业精神,从而促进护理学专业认证制度的完善。
Organizational culture played a role of guiding, restraining, cohesiving, radianting and encouraging in an organization. The aim of this study was to provide some references for the construction of organizational culture of nursing accreditation in China by comparing organizational culture of nursing accreditation between China and the United States. The comparative study was mainly used with literature review assisted. There were similarities and differences between website construction, behavioral norms, accreditation manual, accreditation procedures, mission, model of operation and so on. In order to set up healthy organizational culture of nursing accreditation, the profession and democracy of accreditation, surveillance system, relationship between the qualitative and quantitative criterions, evaluating procedure, definite organizational purpose and professional spirits should be paid more attention.
