密盖息治疗痛性骨质疏松的疗效及耐受性

Clinical Trial of Miacalcic in Treatment of 57 Osteoporosis with Bone Pain

目的：考察密盖息（鲑鱼降钙素）对骨质疏松患者镇痛疗效和安全性。方法：将５７例骨质疏松病人随机双育法分治疗组和安慰剂对照组，治疗组用密盖息每次 ５０ Ｕ，每天 １次肌注，连续 ２周为 １疗程。安慰剂注射法同治疗组。结果：经过 ２周 １个疗程的治疗，治疗组患者的骨痛有明显好转，总有效率达９２．１％，对照组无显著变化。治疗期间未见明显不良反应。结论：密益息是消除骨质疏松患者骨病安全有效的药物。

Objective: To observe the efficacy and safety of Salmou calcitonin (Miacalcic) in treatment of osteoporosis with bone pain. Methods: 57patients of osteoporosis with bone pain were randomly and double blindly divided into receiving miacalcic injection or placebo groups. The Miacalcic group was given 50 U/time, qd for first week, qod for second week. The placebo group was the same. Results: After 2 weeks of treatment the bone pain was significantly improved in Miacalcic group, while no chang in the control group. Conclusion: The results indicate that Miacalcic is an effective and safety drug for treatment of osteoporosis with bone pain.
