Phadiatop and Serum ECP Determination in the Diagnosis of Allergic Rhinitis

目的：观察Ｐｈａｄｉａｔｏｐ检测和血清嗜酸细胞阳离子蛋白（ＥＣＰ）测定在变态反应性鼻炎诊断中的价值。方法：用ＵｎｉＣＡＰ１００系统对６０例变应性鼻炎患者进行Ｐｈａｄｉａｔｏｐ检测和血清ＥＣＰ测定，并选定２０例非变应性鼻炎患者作为对照。结果：变应性鼻炎组 ６０例 Ｐｈａｄｉａｔｏｎ阳性 ３６例占 ６０％，对照组全部阴性。血清 ＥＣＰ升高（＞ １５μｇ／１）者 ３４例，占 ５６． ７％，对照组血清ＥＣＰ升高 ６例，占 ３０％。结论：用 ＵｎｉＣＡＰ １００检测系统对变应性鼻炎的诊断具有较高的价值，血清 ＥＣＰ测定对变应性鼻炎诊断同样具有较高的价值，这一点和以往报导有所不同，需进一步探讨。

Objective: To investigate the application of Phadiatop and serum ECP determination in the diagnosis of allergic rhinitis. Methods: Phadiatop and serum ECP were determined in 60 allergic rhinitis patients as well as 20 non - allergic rhinitis patients as control group by using Pharmacia UniCAP 100 system. Results: 36 patients of the allergic rhinitis group were Phadiatop positive (60 %, 36/60), and all the patients in the control group were negative in Phadiatop determination. Serum ECP (> 15ug/l) increased in 34 patients(56. 7 %, 34/60) of the allergic rhinitis group, and 6(30 %, 6Q0) patients of the control group. Conclusion: Using Pharmacia UniCAP 100 system for the Phadiatop & serum ECP determination is valuble for the diagnosis of allergic rhinitis in the clinical practice. Controversial results about value of serum ECP determination in allergic rhinitis is reported by other investigators, further investigation is needed.
