黄山山岳型景区旅游医学救援现状与思考

Current situation of tourism medical rescue in Huangshan mountain-type scenic spot

黄山作为一个大型山岳型景区已经发生过不同类型的突发公共卫生事件，随着旅游人数的不断增加，应急救援的数量正在逐年增加。山岳型景区医疗救援的特点是复杂的救援环境，医疗救援困难，创伤和心脑血管疾病在山岳型景区发病率较高，高敏感的社会关注。存在的问题，包括医疗专业人员短缺，培训的不足，落后的医疗设备和疏散的管理。要建立一个有效的旅游医学救援系统和组织一支可胜任的医疗专业团队。

Different kinds of emergent public health events have appeared in Huangshan, a large mountain-type scenic spot. Along with the increase of visitors, the number of emergency rescue is increasing yearly too. The characteristics of the medical rescue here are complexity of rescue environment, difficulty in medical rescue, high incidence of trauma and cardiovascular and cerebrovaseular diseases, high level of concern by the society. The existent problems include shortage of medical professionals, deficiency of training, backwardness of medical equipments, and decentralization of mannagement. An effective tourism medical rescue system is to be established and a team of capable medical professional needs to be organized.
