被覆银导尿管体外杀菌效力试验分析

Analysis of the experiment results of bactericidal power of silver-covered urinary catheter

目的 采用医用橡胶导尿管被覆银后观察对ATCC 2 5 92 2大肠埃希氏菌、ATCC 2 5 92 3金黄色葡萄球菌、ATCC 2 785 3绿脓假单胞菌和ATCC 9372枯草杆菌黑色变种的体外杀菌作用。方法 将 1× 1 0 5/ml菌悬液与剪成 2cm长的表面被覆有含 1mg金属银的医用橡胶导尿管接触 ,在 8个时间梯度分别吸取菌悬液做菌落计数 ,同时用 5 %脱纤维羊血吸附残留银成份后 ,在摄氏 35℃的温度下培养 2 4小时 ,观察细菌生长结果。结果 被覆银导尿管对大肠埃希氏菌、绿脓假单胞菌和金黄色葡萄球菌具有很强的杀灭作用 ,且存在着一定的浓度、时间量效关系 ,对枯草杆菌黑色变种芽胞的杀灭效果不理想。结论 被覆银导尿管具有较高的临床应用价值 ,留置导尿管在 3天以上的病人 ,可减少长期留置普通导尿管引起泌尿道感染所带来的痛苦。

Objectives The aim of this experiment is to test the bactericidal power outside of the human body of silver-covered urinary catheter with killing ATC 25922 Escherichia coli,ACTT 25923 Staphylococcus aureus,ACTT 27853 Pseudomonas aeruginosa and ATCC 9372 Bacillus subtilis.Methods Put 2 centimeters silver-covered urinary catheter that contains with 1mg silver per square centimeters in bacterial suspensions of the four kinds bacteria mentioned above.The next step is to do a colony count at 8 time gradient.At the same time,incubate the four bacteria for 24 hours at the temperature of 35 centigrade after residual sliver was absorbed by 5 per cent defibrinated sheep blood.Results With the exception of ATCC 9372 Bacillus subtitles,the bactericidal power of silver-covered urinary catheter with killing ATCC 25922 Escherichia coli,ACTT 25923 Staphylococcus aureus,ACTT 27853 Pseudomonas aeruginosa is great,and there is a correlation existence between the concentration and time effect.Conclusions The silver-covered urinary catheter will be of great value to use in clinical work,especially for those patients who have to have an indwelling catheter for more than three days.Using silver-covered urinary catheter not only decreases the suffering of patients resulting from secondary urinary tract infections using common urinary catheters for more than three days,but alsosave the expenditure of hospitalization.
