绝经后女性2型糖尿病性激素变化与脑梗死并发症关系的探讨

Relationship between sex hormones and cerebral infarction complication in postmenopausal women with type-2 diabetes mellitus

目的 对绝经后女性 2型糖尿病患者血清性激素水平变化与脑梗死并发症关系进行探讨。方法 测定 2 5例绝经后女性 2型糖尿病合并脑梗死 (A组 ) ;2 7例 2型糖尿病未合并脑梗死 (B组 ) ;2 1例绝经后正常女性 (C组 )的血清雌二醇 (E2 )、孕激素 (P)、促卵泡刺激素 (FSH)、促黄体生成素 (LH)和孕酮 (T)水平。结果 绝经后女性2型糖尿病并发脑梗死者血清E2 较正常绝经后女性显著降低 ,FSH、LH、T显著提高。结论 绝经后女性性激素水平变化与 2型糖尿病脑梗死并发症有关。

Objectives To study the changes of sex hormone in postmenopausal women with type-2 diabetes mellitus and the relationship between sex hormones and cerebral infarction complication.Methods 25 postmenopausal women with type-2 diabetes mellitus and cerebral infarction complication(group A):27 postmenopausal women with type-2 diabetes mellitus without cerebral infarction complication (group B) and 21 postmenopausal women without diabetes mellitus as normol (group C) were selected to compare the serum levels of estradiol(E 2),progesterone(P),follicle stimulating hormone (FSH),luteinizing hormone(LH),testosterone(T).Results The E 2 was decreased and FSH、LH、T were elevated in postmenopausal women with type-2 diabetes mellitus and cerebral infarction complication.Conclusions The study indicates that significantly lower level of estradiol and imbalance sex hormones and insulin resistance play an important role in the development of type-2 diabetes mellitus and cerebral infarction complication.
