从住院病人异体输血看自体输血的可能性

The possibility of autologous blood transfusion from the study of inpatients with xenogenous blood transfusion

目的 分析住院病人自体输血的可能性。方法 按照ICD - 9疾病分类标准对住院病人异体输血情况进行分类统计 ,并依据结果进行分析。结果 每例平均用血量约 5 40ml,6 0岁以上用血病人占 2 9.8% ,1 8岁以下用血病人占 6 %。结论 大部分住院用血病人可通过自体输血替代或减少异体输血。

Objectives To analyse the possibility of inpatients receiving autologous blood.Methods According to ICD-9 standard ranging disease,the allogenic transfusion of inpatients has been classified and its result has been analyzed statistically.Results About 540ml blood in average is used in each case among the patients,29.8 percent of them is more than sixty years old and 6 percent of them is less than eighteen years old.Conclusions For most of the inpatients who needs blood transfusion,xenogenous blood transfusion can be replaced or reduced by autologous blood transfusion.
