摘要
1目的 探讨人卵巢上皮癌细胞中 Th1和 Th2类细胞因子表达及其意义。 2方法 采用逆转录多聚酶链反应 (RT- PCR)技术检测 5种卵巢癌细胞系和 10份卵巢癌新鲜组织中 IL- 2 ,IFN- γ,IL- 4,IL- 6及 IL- 10m RNA表达。 3结果 5种卵巢癌细胞系中 40 %细胞株表达 IL- 4,6 0 %细胞株表达 IL- 6 ,80 %细胞株表达 IL- 10 ,无 1株表达 IL- 2和 IFN- γ. 10份卵巢癌组织中 IL- 2 ,IFN- γ,IL- 4,IL- 6及 IL- 10表达率分别为 10 % ,30 % ,5 0 % ,70 %和 90 % .4结论 卵巢癌细胞株和卵巢癌组织中以 Th2类细胞因子表达为主 ,这可能是癌细胞逃避机体免疫攻击的原因之一。
Objective To evaluate the expression of Th1 and Th2 type cytokines in human ovarian carcinoma cells. Methods\ Expression of IL 2, IFN γ, IL 4, IL 6 and IL 10 were detected by reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction(RT PCR).\ Results\ There were no expression of IL 2 and IFN γ in all 5 cell lines. IL 4, IL 6 and IL 10 expressions were found in 2,3,4 cell lines, respectively. In 10 samples taken from fresh ovarian epithelial cancer, the frequency of IL 2, IFN γ, IL 4, IL 6 and IL 10 expression was 10%,30%,50%,70% and 90% respectively.\ Conclusion\ Predominant expressions of Th2 type cytokines in ovarian carcinoma cells may be one of the reasons that makes tumor cells escape the immune surveillance of the host.
