摘要
1目的 探讨急性白血病 (AL)多药耐药相关蛋白 (MRP)基因的表达及临床意义。 2方法 采用半定量逆转录聚合酶链反应 (RT- PCR)方法 ,对 77例 AL 病人及 10例健康人基因表达进行检测。 3结果 77例 AL病人 MRP平均表达水平与对照组比较差异无显著性 ;复发组 MRP平均表达水平与初治组比较差异有显著性 (t=5 .32 ,P<0 .0 1)。 4结论 AL 的复发与 MRP表达有关 ,MRP基因的过度表达可以作为判断 AL 病人预后的重要指标。
Objective To study the expression and clinical implication of multidrug resistance associated protein (MRP) in acute leukemia.\ Methods\ Using semi quantitative reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction(RT PCR), the MRP gene expression level was detected in 77 AL patients and 10 cases of a control group.\ Results\ The MRP mean expression level in 77 AL patients was not significantly different compared with that of the control group. MRP mean expression level in patients at relapse was greater than that of untreated patients ( t=5.32, P <0.01).\ Conclusion\ The relapse of acute leukemia is correlated to the expression of MRP gene. The overexpression of MRP gene may be as an important prognostic predictor for acute leukemia. [
