摘要
"博士课程制教育引领计划"是日本高等教育配合国家创新战略的最新实践。该计划2011年开始实施,主要是通过竞争性财政拨款与第三方机构实施评估的方式,培养差异化、跨学科的高端领军人才。该计划注重人才培养过程控制,提供学制、学生资助等制度性保障,推动多元主体参与人才培养的全过程,为我国协同创新战略和拔尖创新人才培养提供了有益的启示。
The Program for Leading Graduate Schools is the latest national agenda under the National Innovation Strategy in Japan.Started 2011,the program aimed at educating diversified and interdisciplinary leading talents through competitive funding and third-party evaluation.The formative quality of educational process was highly stressed;duration of studies and student financing were guaranteed;various stakeholders were involved in this program all along.The design and implementation of this program have positive implications for China＇s cooperative innovation strategy and leading talents education.
