FDI技术溢出效应与我国汽车工业技术创新的实证分析

Empirical Analysis of the FDI Technology Spillover Effect and Technological Innovation of China's Auto Industry

汽车工业发展全球化趋势日益明显,世界上几乎所有跨国汽车公司都在中国完成了战略布局,并进行不同程度的直接投资。技术创新是各国汽车产业持续发展的动力和源泉,也是在竞争中占据优势的主要手段。本文从技术溢出理论出发,分析了FDI技术溢出效应对中国汽车工业技术进步和产业结构升级等方面的积极作用,同时分析了我国汽车工业在技术创新方面的不足并提出了建议。

The trend of globalization of auto industry＇s development has become increasingly evident.Almost all multinational auto companies have completed the strategic layout in China and direct investment of different degree.Technological innovation is the driving force and source of the sustainable development for automobile industry of every country,and also the primary means of taking advantage in competition.In this paper,on the basis of technology spillover theory,the positive role of FDI technology spillover effects is analyzed which is mainly on the technological progress and the industrial structure upgrading of China＇s auto industry;and also the deficiencies of China＇s automobile industry in technological innovation are analyzed,and some suggestions are given.
