摘要
中国是食品产业大国,食品产业总产值约占GDP的1/5,然而中国食品产业质量安全问题频发,给经济和社会发展带来不良影响。本文分析了我国食品产业质量安全问题的成因,提出了加强食品产业质量安全管理的法律、机制、人才、创新等相关保障措施。
China is a big country of food industry and the food industry output value accounts for about 1/5 of GDP,but quality safety problems occur now and then the Chinese food industry,which has brought bad influence to the economic and social development.The article analyses the cause of formation of Chinese food industry＇s quality safety problems and puts forward the law,mechanism,talent,innovation and other related related safeguard measures to strengthen the quality safety management of food industry.
