摘要
工学结合、顶岗实践是培养学生技能的重要途径,是高等职业教育可持续发展的优势。高职院校应结合校企合作和机制创新,推行工学结合人才培养模式,培养学生的创新能力和应用能力。
The combination of of work and study and post practice is the important way to cultivate students＇ skills and the advantage of higher vocational education＇s sustainable development.Higher vocational colleges and schools should combine the school-enterprise cooperation and mechanism innovation,carry out the talents cultivation mode of work-study combination to cultivate students＇ innovation ability and application ability.
