地方高校机电类专业实习实训环节质量评价体系研究

Quality Evaluation System of Practice Training Stage of Electromechanical Specialty in Local Institutions of Higher Learning

实习实训作为地方高校机电类专业人才培养计划中的重要组成部分,其教学质量监控与评价是非常重要的。地方高校应在正确认识机电类专业实习实训环节质量评价基本问题的基础上,遵循全面性与实效性相结合、目标性与操作性相结合、静态性与动态性相结合的原则,从实习实训教学管理、基地建设、内容设计与实施、质量考核与反馈等四大方面,合理安排各观测点质量指标,制定相应的质量评价标准,构建一个综合性、总体性实习实训环节质量评价体系。

Practice training,as a major component of electromechanical specialty＇s professional cultivation plan in local colleges and universities,its teaching quality monitoring and evaluation are very important.Local college and universities should follow the principle of combination comprehensiveness and effectiveness,combination of target and operation and combination of static and dynamic on the basis of a correct understanding of the basic problems of practice training quality evaluation in electromechanical specialty,and reasonably arrange the quality index of separate observation points,formulate corresponding quality evaluation standards,build a comprehensive,general practice training quality evaluation system from the four aspects——the practice training management,base construction,content design and implementation,and quality assessment and feedback.
