带有免疫反应的病毒动力学模型的局部稳定性分析

Local Properties of Virus Dynamics Models with CTL Immune Response

摘要 建立了考虑CTL免疫反应的病毒动力学模型,并借助常微分方程的理论得到模型存在三种平衡点,并证明三种平衡点均是局部渐近稳定的.最后借助Matlab对模型进行了数值模拟. In this paper,a virus dynamics model with CTL immune response is built.By means of the stability and qualitative theory of the ordinary differential equation,three equilibriums are obtained.The local properties of equilibriums are studied.Lastly the numerical simulations is given by Matlab.
