摘要
建立了桃儿七中鬼臼毒素含量测定的方法,采用色谱柱:Diamonsil C18(100×4.6 mm,5 um;流动相:甲醇-水(40∶60);流速:1.0 mL/min;紫外检测波长:292 nm.在0.05000μg~10.00μg范围内桃儿七中鬼臼毒素进样量与峰面积的线性关系良好(r=0.9972);平均回收率为98.2%,RSD为1.57%;该方法准确、灵敏、重复性好,可用于桃儿七中鬼臼毒素的含量测定.
A determining method for the content of podophyllotoxin in sinopodophyllum hexandrum was established by using Diamonsil C18(100×4.6 mm,5 um),the mobile phase consisting of methanol-water(40∶60) with a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min,and a UV detector wavelength of 292 nm.A linear range of 0.05 μg-10.00 μg(r=0.9972) about calibration curve of podophyllotoxin was shown.The average recovery was 98.2%,RSD,1.57%.This HPLC method was proved to be accurate,effective and reproductive for the determination of the content of podophyllotoxin in inopodophyllum hexandrum.
