In undergraduate education,the implementation of tutorial system can bring teachers into playing dominant effects fully on students cultivation,set up new type of the relations of students and teachers,promote the development of student personality and improve cultivation quality of talents.Furthermore,the paper introduced the implementation methods of tutorial system on the department of physics of Xidian University,and come up with several problems which should be paid special attention to.
