工学结合模式下高职法律文秘专业考试评价体系研究

Research of Examination Evaluation System of Legal Secretary Major in Higher Vocational Education under the Pattern of Work Integrated Learning

高职法律文秘专业实施工学结合、课程项目化教学取得了一定的进展,但还要更好地推进工学结合,改革法律文秘专业考试评价体系。工学结合模式下的法律文秘专业考试评价体系要以考核学生的职业技能为核心,凸显考核方法多样化、考核主体多元化、考核内容综合化、学习成绩评定过程化,提高学生的综合职业素质、就业竞争实力,从而实现高职法律文秘专业人才培养目标。

Work-study combination and course project teaching in legal secretary major in Higher Vocational schools has made certain progress,but it still further promote work-study combination and reform the examination evaluation system of legal secretary major.The examination evaluation system of legal secretary major under the mode of work-study combination should take assessing students＇occupation skills as the core,highlight the diversification of assessment methods,the pluralism of assessment subject,integration of assessment content and proceduring of academic record assessment,improve the students students＇ comprehensive quality of occupation,employment competitiveness,so as to achieve the goal of personnel training of higher vocational legal secretary major.
