皖北地区新生代农民工市民化是推进城市化进程的需要,是提升市民整体素质的需要,也是加快构建和谐社会的需要。加快皖北地区新生代农民工市民化,应不断健全新生代农民工就业服务和培训体系,完善覆盖新生代农民工城镇住房保障体系和土地权利保障机制,深化户籍制度改革,为加快皖北地区经济社会发展服务。

In north of Anhui,the new generation farmer-workers＇urbanization is the need to advance the course of urbanization,the need to boost overall quality of the citizens,and the need to accelerate constructing the harmonious society.To speed up the civilization of new generation farmer-workers in Northern Anhui,should continue to perfect the system of employment services and training for the new generation farmer-workers,improve the coverage of new generation migrant workers＇ urban housing security system and land rights protection mechanism,and deepen the reform of household registration system so as to accelerate the economic and social development in Northern Anhui.
