摘要 以CCl4 体外损伤的原代培养大鼠肝细胞为实验模型 ,通过测定培养液中ALT、AST、MDA水平和MTT法检测细胞增殖活性 ,观察EMD对急性肝细胞损伤的影响。结果表明 :EMD对CCl4 损伤的原代培养大鼠细胞有显著保护作用 ;对CCl4 引起的ALT、AST和MDA水平的升高有显著抑制作用 。 <AbstractBy measuring the ALT, AST and MDA levels in the culture solution and examining the cell generation activity with MTT method, the primary culture hepatocytes of rats externally injured with CCl 4 were used as model to observe the action of EMD on the acute hepatocyte injury. It is indicated that EMD has a notable protective action on the hepatic cells injured with CCl 4, and can inhibit the raise in the ALT, AST and MDA levels and improve the generation activity of the injured hepatocytes as well.
