平肝合剂对大鼠急性脑缺血模型影响的实验研究

Experimental Study of the Effect of Ping Gan He Ji on the Acute Cerebral Ischemia of Model Rats

用平肝合剂对实验性急性脑缺血模型进行脑含水量、电解质及抗氧化的研究 ,结果显示 :平肝合剂能对抗急性脑缺血大鼠脑指数、脑含水量增加、对抗血清钙离子细胞内转移 ,提高脑组织超氧化物歧化酶水平 ,降低丙二醛水平 ,从而减轻脑缺血病变 。

A study of the encephalic water content, electrolyte and antioxidation of the model rats indicated Ping Gan He Ji can prevent the increase in the encephalic exponent and water content, resist the intracellular transfer of serum calcium ions, and raise the level of superoxide dismutase of brain tissue, and lower that of the MDA, thus reducing the pathologic changes of cerebral ischemia and protecting the brain tissue.
