新晋本科院校存在科研人数相对较少、科研队伍素质相对较低、科研队伍结构不甚合理、科研团队建设相对滞后、科研人员科研意识相对不足、科研专职人员相对不足、科研管理及科研制度建设相对落后等问题。各新晋本科院校应从培育科研意识、优化科研环境、明晰教学与科研之间的关系、建立学习型科研队伍、形成科研特色以及建立专职科研队伍等层面着手,全面加强自身的科研队伍建设。
