摘要
高校外语教师发展及培养范式是保障高等教育质量、培养高素质复合型人才的基本要素。高校外语教师校本培养具有经济、高效、可持续的特点,应该成为高校教师发展的常规性手段,其具体范式应包括教师个体发展、团队协作建设、校本资源保障及宏观环境营造四个方面。
The development of foreign language teachers and the training paradigm arethe guar- antee of the quality disciplinary talents. of higher education and the basic elements of cultivating high-quality inter- College foreign language teachers'school-based training owns the features of economy, efficiency and sustain, shoud become conventional means of college teachers devel- opment, its paradigm should include individual teacher's development, team construction, school-based resources guarantee and macroscopical environment four aspects.
