道德建设法制化问题探析

A Study of the Legalization of Moral Construction

道德建设法制化是社会主义市场经济健康发展的必然要求,是加强道德建设的重要途径,是实现法治社会的有力支撑。文章提出了道德建设法制化的根本途径:建立健全社会主义道德建设的相关法律、法规;加大道德立法对道德"失范"行为的惩罚力度;加强道德法制化的宣传和教育,加大执法力度。

The legalization of moral construction is the velopment of socialist market economy, is an important inevitable requirement of the healthy de- way to strengthen moral construction, is a strong support of realization of law society. This paper puts forward the basic way of moral construction＇s legalization： to establish and perfect the related laws and regulations of socialist moral construction, to enforce strengthen the propaganda and penalties the moral legislation education of moral legalization, on moral anomie behavior, to to intensify law enforcement.
