摘要
作为学校教务管理的基层人员,教务员的素质、工作质量与工作效率的高低,直接影响整个学校教务管理工作水平。本文以漳州师范学院为例,分析教务员队伍建设中存在的问题及原因,提出了高校教务员队伍建设的路径,即建立科学的激励机制,充分调动教务员工作的积极性;建立健全教务员培训体系,全面提升教务员管理水平;加强思想政治建设,培养教务员的爱岗敬业精神和高度的责任感。
The educational administration personnel,as grass-roots staff members of school educational administration management,the quality,work quality and work efficiency of them directly impact on the entire school teaching management level.This paper,taking Zhangzhou Normal University as an example,analyses the existing problems and reasons in the construction of educational administrational personnel,puts forward the route of the construction of university educational administrational personnel: establishing scientific incentive mechanism,and fully mobilizing the enthusiasm of them;establishing and perfecting the educational training system,and comprehensively enhancing their management level;strengthening the ideological and political construction,cultivating their dedication spirit and high sense of responsibility.
