Counselors in higher vocational colleges are the backbone of college students＇ideological and political education work.This paper analyzes the existing problems in construction of counselor incentive mechanism in higher vocational colleges and discusses measures how to build a reasonable and effective counselor incentive mechanism in Higher Vocational institutions.
