摘要
我国许多企业,尤其是中小企业对员工激励不够,严重影响了企业的综合实力和竞争力,不利于企业的长久发展。结合企业实际,构建和完善科学合理的员工激励机制和管理制度,是企业增强自身竞争力的关键,也是其维持生存与发展的必然选择。
Many enterprises of our country,especially small and medium enterprises are lack of staff inspiration,which seriously affect the comprehensive strength and competitiveness of enterprises and is not conducive to the long-term development of enterprises.Considering the actual situation of the enterprises,constructing and perfecting a scientific and reasonable incentive mechanism and management system is the key to enhance their competitiveness,and the inevitable choice of maintaining the survival and development.
