The water resources demand contradiction in the middle and west of Jilin province is prominent,the construction of Daqingshan key water control project can supply the source of water for Urban and rural life,industrial and agricultural production and the ecological environment improvement of western Jilin.This paper makes a detailed analysis towards the general situation,meteorology,runoff,flood,sediment and ice condition of Daqingshan key water conservancy project flow,and carries out a feasible exploration towards the hydrological elements of Daqingshan key water control project.
