深度辅导是近几年提出的一项辅导员深入了解学生、及时发现学生问题并提供有效支持与帮助的工作,是我国高校为培养创新人才和适应高等教育多元化的形势而实施的促进学生个性化发展的新举措,对增强大学生思想政治教育工作的广度、深度、精度都有重要意义,立足辅导员的岗位职责与要求,提升辅导员的深度辅导能力,是当前加强辅导员队伍建设的一个重要课题。

The in-depth counseling is put forward in recent years,which means counselors understand students deeply,discover the problems of students timely and provide effective support and assistance.It is a new measure in our country to cultivate innovative talents and adapt to the diversity of higher education situation and the implementation of promoting students＇ individuality development,has an important significance for enhancing the breadth,depth and precision of the ideological and political education of college students.Keeping a foothold of counselors＇ post duties and requirements and improving counselors＇ in-depth counseling ability are the important is an important task in strengthening the current counselor group construction.
