随着财政改革的不断深化,行政事业单位的财务管理工作面临着严峻的挑战。为应对这一挑战,行政事业单位应加强内部控制与外部监督相结合,管好用好预算资金,严肃财务纪律,实施科学管理,在提高财务管理工作效率的同时,加强行政事业单位会计人员的业务素质及道德教育,树立为社会服务的坚定信念。

Along with the constant deepening of financial reform,financial management in administrative institutions is facing a severe challenge.In order to adjust to this requirement,administrative institutions should strengthen internal control and external supervision,manage and make good use of the budget funds of administrative institutions,strengthen financial discipline,implement scientific management,in the meanwhile of improving financial management efficiency,strengthen professional quality and moral education of accounting personnel of administrative institutions,and establish the firm belief of serving society.
