高职院校青年教师的培养十分重要。文章认为,应结合高职学院的具体专业,从渗透职业道德、培养教学能力、重视双师能力、突出教研能力等方面,加强青年教师的培养。

Training of young teachers in higher vocational colleges is very important.The article thinks that it should combine higher vocational colleges＇s pecific specialty,from the aspects of infiltration of occupation morality,development of teaching ability,paying attention to duet-teacher capacity,highlighting teaching and research ability to strengthen the training of young teachers.
