Folk art bears the primary characteristics and owns strong national colors.The research on the inheritance and development of folk art is the common project of philosophy,aesthetics,archaeology,history and sociology.This paper researches the historical inheritance,current situation and development of folk art under the background of market economy,and tries to comb the development skeleton and makes clear its development direction.
