摘要 针对航行环境信息不完备、模糊性等特点,以及当前方法的针对性强、主观偏差大、运用不便等缺点,提出一种结合熵权法修正主观权重的模糊综合评价方法.该方法将航行环境的评估模型一般化,并通过熵权法克服主观权重的偏差,使得模型更加合理.在青岛港附近航道危险度的应用评价中,该方法能够较准确地确定航道的危险度等级,验证了模型的可行性. The information of navigation environment is generally incomplete and fuzzy.And the methods currently used with much complex computation can not be applied widely,and have inevitably some errors because of subjective judgment.Aiming at these problems,an improved fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method combining entropy weight method is proposed.The approach establishes a model with a wide application range.In addition,the entropy weight can correct the subjective weight to make the model more reasonable.The method is applied in the channels nearby Qingdao port,and results are mostly consistent with the actual situation,which verifies the feasibility of the model.
