碱性螺旋-环-螺旋转录因子家族与神经系统发育

摘要 脊髓损伤后神经元细胞再生是脊髓损伤治疗领域一大难题。近年研究发现,受损神经元细胞再生的关键在于众多细胞因子调控,其中碱性螺旋-环-螺旋(bHLH)转录因子家族中A、E两族广泛参与调控神经系统分化发育过程,在神经祖细胞向神经元、神经胶质细胞分化中起着重要的调控作用。该文就近年bHLH转录因子A、E两族在神经系统发育中的作用研究进展作一简要综述。
