摘要
目的测量分析华南人髌骨参数及其临床意义。方法共采集103名华南成人膝关节DICOM格式图像资料,利用Mimics10.01软件转换成STL格式三维立体图像,然后将STL文件导入Imageware软件并测量髌骨最大厚度(T)、髌骨保留厚度(T1)、髌骨切除厚度(T2)、髌骨最大宽度(W)、内侧关节面宽度(W1)、外侧关节面宽度(W2)、髌骨最大高度(H)和髌骨关节面高度(H1),分析各髌骨参数间线性关系,计算出相关回归方程。结果华南人男性髌骨各项测量参数均比华南人女性明显偏大,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);同一性别组中T1与T间有明显线性关系(男性:r=0.72,女性:r=0.79),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);回归方程结果显示T1、W1、H1分别随T、W、H增加而增加,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论髌骨参数测量结果及数据分析,可为华南人髌骨表面置换中髌骨切除厚度、骨床保留厚度及设计适合华南人的髌骨假体提供参考。
Objective To evaluate the characteristic parameters of the patellar of the south China people and its clinical significance. Methods DICOM 3.0 format image data collected from the total 103 cases of south China adult knee (male.. 75, female: 28) were obtained by CT scan, and then were transformed by the Mimicsl0. 01 software to achieve three-dimensional data of STL format. The STL file were further imported into the software Imageware to measure the maximal thickness (T), residual thickness (T1), resectable thickness (T2), maximal width (W), medial articular surface width (W1), lateral articular surface width (W2), maximal height (H), articular surface height (H1) of patella. Results The patella of the male were significantly bigger than the female as it is shown by all measured parameters (P〈0. 05). In the same gender groups, there was direct linear relationship between T and T1 (male: r = 0. 72, female: r = 0. 79), and the linear correlations were statistically significant, respectively (P〈0. 05). Moreover, the results of regression equation demonstrated that TI, W1 and H~ were correspondingly increasing as T, W and H increased. Accordingly, the regression equations were statistically significant (P^0.05). Conclusions The characteristic parameters of patella analyzed in the present study facilitate the consideration of the resectable patellar thickness and residual patellar thickness for the patellar resurfacing and for the design of appropriate patellar prosthesis for the south China people.
