摘要 为解决实际应用过程中圆心快速定位的问题,对基于圆的几何参数特征的圆心定位方法进行了多角度的研究分析。通过对标准圆及其残缺圆的仿真研究得出基本定位方法,并对仿真结果做出对比分析,然后应用到工业用偏心桶加注口的定位中,提出一种实际应用解决方案,验证了基于几何特征进行圆心定位的有效性和实时性,能很好的满足各类实际生产中的圆心检测需求。为圆心快速定位的研究及其相关检测设备的研究、应用提供了一个有效的方案。 In order to solve the rapid positioning problem of circle in the process of practical appfication, Several center positioning methods based on geometric parameters of circle have been proposed in this article, and there are also multi-angle analysis have been made for those methods. After the research for the standard circle image and it's fragmentary form, we can obtain basic location methods and analyze the results. Then application these methods to practice , for example, the location of filling barrel. According to this process, we can verify the validity of these methods, so as to they can be widely applied to many other fields.
