手用Protaper镍钛锉用于老年人根管治疗的临床应用研究

Hand Protaper nickel titanium file for the old root canal treatment of clinical application research

目的:比较手用Protaper镍钛锉和不锈钢K锉用于老年人根管治疗的临床应用研究。方法:老年患者187例,患牙200颗,随机分为两组,试验组100颗患牙为手用Protaper镍钛锉组,对照组100颗患牙为不锈钢K锉组。比较两组根管预备效果、根充效果及根管预备后疼痛发生率。结果:试验组根管预备效果高于对照组,试验组根管预备后疼痛发生率低于对照组,试验组根管适充率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:手用Protaper镍钛锉根管预备效果好,根管成形效果好,根管预备后疼痛发生率低,根充质量高,降低了老年人根管预备的难度,适用于老年人根管治疗,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To compare the hand Protaper nickel titanium file and stainless steel K file for the old root canal treatment of clinical application research.Methods 187 elderly patients with tooth,200 a,randomly divided into two groups,group a with 100 teeth for hand Protaper nickel titanium file group and control group in 100 with a tooth for stainless steel K file group.Compare two sets of root canal preparation effect,root filling effect and root canal preparation incidence after pain.Results The root canal preparation effect higher than those in the control group,the incidence of pain after root canal preparation is lower than control group,the root canal filling rate is higher than control group fitness（P〈 0.05）.Conclusion Hand Protaper nickel titanium file root canal preparation effect is good,root tube forming effect is good,after root canal preparation pain are relatively low,the root imitation high quality,reduce the difficulty of the old root canal preparation,it is suitable for the old root canal treatment,it is worth clinical application.
