香砂六君子汤治疗脾胃气虚型慢性浅表性胃炎的临床观察

The effancy of the treatment of patients with chronic superficial gastritis of deficiency of the spleen by Xiangsha Liujunzi

目的:探讨香砂六君子汤方治疗脾虚型慢性浅表胃炎的临床疗效。方法:选择经确诊为脾虚型慢性浅表胃炎的患者120例,随机分为研究组和对照组,观察两组治疗效果和不良反应发生率。结果:研究组总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:香砂六君子汤方治疗脾虚型慢性浅表胃炎疗效较好,值得临床应用。

Objective To investigate effancy of the treatment of patients with chronic superficial gastritis of deficiency of the spleen by Xiangsha Liujunzi.Methods 120 cases of patients with chronic superficial gastritis of deficiency of the spleen were randomly divided into the study group（by Xiangsha Liujunzi） and the control group（by the western medicine）,and the treatment efficacy were compared.Results The total study group was significantly higher efficiency（P〈0.05）;the incidence of the study group of the adverse reactions was lower than the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Xiangsha Liujunzi soup could effectively treat patients with chronic superficial gastritis of deficiency of the spleen and worthy of clinical application.
